概述:
渦電流分選機是一種能把有色金屬物質與非金屬物質精準分離的設備。分為高頻多磁極式、偏心式和同心式三種結構。
工作原理:
渦電流分選機是利用導體在運動磁場里可以產生感應電流的一種分選技術,其分選原理是利用永久磁石組成的磁石轉子,轉子在高速旋轉中會產生一個具有交替變化的高頻磁場。當導體經過磁場時,在這塊導體中會出現感應電流。此感應電流本身會產生交替變換的磁場并與磁石轉子轉動所產生的磁場相反,有色金屬(銅、鋁、鋅、錫)則會因相斥作用而沿其輸送方向跳躍出來;實現與玻璃、塑料、橡膠等非金屬物質分離,達到分選目的。
Overview
The eddy current sorter is a device that separates non-ferrous metal substances from non-metallic substances with precision. It is divided into three structures of high frequency multi-pole, eccentric and concentric.
Principle of operation
The eddy current sorter is a sorting technology that uses a conductor in a moving magnetic field that can produce an induced current. The sorting principle is the use of a magnet rotor made up of permanent magnets, which rotates at high speed to produce a high frequency magnetic field with alternating changes. When a conductor passes through the magnetic field, an induced current appears in this conductor. This induction current itself generates an alternating magnetic field and is opposite to the magnetic field generated by the rotation of the magnet rotor. Non-ferrous metals (copper, aluminum, zinc, tin) jump out in the direction of their transport due to repulsion; they are separated from non-metallic substances such as glass, plastic and rubber for sorting purposes.
